Description

Delicious pumpkin donuts made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Spoon batter into greased donut molds.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy removal.
  • Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer.
  • Add glaze or powdered sugar if desired.
