Description
Delicious pumpkin donuts made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Spoon batter into greased donut molds.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer.
- Add glaze or powdered sugar if desired.
