Description
Crispy and flavorful pumpkin spice donut bites made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Scoop small portions of batter and roll into balls.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss warm donut bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best results.
- Adjust spice level to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
