Instructions

- In a bowl, mix almond paste, granulated sugar, egg white, and almond extract until smooth.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
