Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Layer bread cubes and diced apples in the dish.
- Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the bread and apples.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
