Description

Fluffy pancakes made with fresh apple cider for a sweet, autumnal twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix egg, apple cider, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form.
  6. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with maple syrup.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the batter for fluffier pancakes.
  • Adjust apple cider for desired sweetness.
  • Use fresh apple cider for best flavor.
