Description

A warm and comforting loaf with sweet apples and cinnamon flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in apples and walnuts.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze slices for longer storage.
