Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 medium apple, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread chopped apple, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly and cut into 8 pieces. Place in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.

- Use Granny Smith apples for a tart contrast.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for best results.
