- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and sprinkle with diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
