Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, coconut, grated apple, honey, almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
