Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add honey and coconut oil, stir until combined.
- Fold in apples, cranberries, and walnuts.
- Press mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Substitute maple syrup for honey if preferred.
- Add a pinch of salt if using unsalted nuts.
