- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix apples, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 equal squares.
- Spoon filling onto each square. Fold diagonally to form triangles and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
