Description

Crunchy granola bars sweetened with apples and maple syrup.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped dried apples
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix oats, chopped apples, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Warm maple syrup and almond butter until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Press mixture into lined baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
