Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Spoon apple filling onto each square.
  5. Fold pastry over filling and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
