Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 medium apple, grated
Instructions
- Mix oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, honey, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in grated apple.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
