- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried apples, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mix oats, dried apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Warm almond butter and honey in a small saucepan until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
