Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pumpkin puree, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in oats, diced apples, and nuts until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm.
