Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in diced apples. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter for streusel. Sprinkle evenly over the batter.
