- 1 1/2 cups diced apples
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Top with streusel (mix 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup oats, and 2 tbsp melted butter).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool before serving.
