Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Cut puff pastry into 4 squares. Spoon apple mixture onto each square.
- Fold pastry diagonally to form triangles. Seal edges with a fork.
- Combine flour and butter to make streusel. Sprinkle over turnovers.
- Brush with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
