Description

A delicious avocado burger with the option to have it sliced or stuffed for extra flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large avocado, sliced or mashed
  • 1 beef or veggie patty
  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the patty on a grill or stovetop until done.
  2. Toast the burger bun lightly.
  3. Spread mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup on the bun.
  4. Place the lettuce and tomato slice on the bottom bun.
  5. Add the cooked patty on top.
  6. Layer with sliced or stuffed avocado.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cover with the top bun and serve.

Notes

  • Use ripe avocados for better texture.
  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
  • Replace beef with a veggie patty for a vegetarian option.
