Ingredients

- 1 large avocado, sliced or mashed
- 1 beef or veggie patty
- 1 burger bun
- 1 tomato slice
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the patty on a grill or stovetop until done.
- Toast the burger bun lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup on the bun.
- Place the lettuce and tomato slice on the bottom bun.
- Add the cooked patty on top.
- Layer with sliced or stuffed avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with the top bun and serve.

- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
