Instructions
- Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the eggs to your preference.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread.
- Place the fried eggs on top of the avocado.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately.
