A refreshing and healthy avocado and tuna salad that’s quick to prepare.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the avocado and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add the drained tuna to the bowl.
  3. Mix in the chopped red onion.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Gently toss all ingredients together.
  7. Serve immediately.
