Instructions
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer turkey/chicken or veggies on top of the avocado spread.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise if desired.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice in half.
