- 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the stuffed jalapeños and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
- Adjust the amount of cheese or breadcrumbs to taste.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes.
