Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil diced potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Combine potatoes, chopped eggs, green onions, and mayonnaise mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top.
