Description

Roasted Brussels sprouts with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic.
  6. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Drizzle glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.

Notes

  • Trim any tough stems before roasting.
  • Adjust honey for a sweeter or tangier glaze.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
