Description

Juicy portobello mushrooms marinated in balsamic vinegar and grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  2. Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat mushrooms evenly with marinade.
  4. Let them sit for 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  6. Grill mushrooms for 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Serve warm.
