Instructions
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat mushrooms evenly with marinade.
- Let them sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Grill mushrooms for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
