Description

Healthy banana oat breakfast cookies perfect for a quick morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add oats, almond butter, honey, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Fold in raisins.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
