Description

BBQ Cheeseburger Sliders are mini burgers packed with flavor. Perfect for parties or quick meals, these sliders combine juicy beef, melted cheese, and smoky BBQ sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 12 small patties.
  4. Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  6. Add a cooked patty to each bun.
  7. Top each patty with a half slice of cheddar cheese and 1 tsp BBQ sauce.
  8. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  9. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
  11. Serve warm.
