BBQ Cheeseburger Sliders are mini burgers packed with flavor. Perfect for parties or quick meals, these sliders combine juicy beef, melted cheese, and smoky BBQ sauce.

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Shape into 12 small patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Add a cooked patty to each bun.
- Top each patty with a half slice of cheddar cheese and 1 tsp BBQ sauce.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh buns for best texture.
- Customize with pickles or onions if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
