Easy-to-make BBQ pulled chicken with tender shredded chicken coated in smoky barbecue sauce.

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat and add barbecue sauce.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken shreds easily.
- Shred chicken with forks and mix with sauce.
- Serve warm.

- Use smoked barbecue sauce for deeper flavor.
- Can be made in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
