- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Brush meatballs with BBQ sauce.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Notes
- Use lean ground turkey for best results.
- For extra flavor, add 1/2 tsp smoked paprika to the mix.
- Meatballs can be frozen before baking.
