Description

A fresh and nutritious salad combining spinach and mixed berries for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the spinach and berries.
  2. Slice strawberries if using.
  3. In a large bowl, combine spinach, berries, almonds, and feta cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
