- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Brush skewers with olive oil.
- Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and grill for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
