Description
Reuben Sliders are mini sandwiches packed with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on rye bread. Perfect for parties or game day.

- 12 slider buns (or small rye bread rolls)
- 1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Swiss cheese, cut into smaller pieces
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on the buns.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and buns are toasted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use pastrami as a substitute for corned beef.
- Thousand Island dressing works instead of Russian.
- Toast buns lightly before assembling for extra crispness.
