Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl. Spread in a baking dish.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Stir in milk to form a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough over the apple mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
