Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups halfway with batter.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then add a spoonful to each muffin.
- Top with remaining batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Frozen blueberries can be used if fresh aren’t available.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
