A delicious blueberry crumb cake with a buttery crumb topping.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, cold butter, and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
