Description

A refreshing and tangy blueberry lemonade perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend blueberries with 1 cup water until smooth.
  2. Strain the blueberry mixture to remove solids.
  3. In a pitcher, combine blueberry juice, lemon juice, sugar, and remaining water.
  4. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with mint if desired.

  • Adjust sugar to taste.
  • For a smoother texture, strain lemon juice before mixing.
  • Use frozen blueberries if fresh are unavailable.
