Ingredients

- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Blend blueberries with 1 cup water until smooth.
- Strain the blueberry mixture to remove solids.
- In a pitcher, combine blueberry juice, lemon juice, sugar, and remaining water.
- Stir well until sugar dissolves.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice, garnished with mint if desired.
