- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, bourbon, and vanilla.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Cool before slicing.

- Use a deep-dish pie pan for best results.
- Let the pie cool completely before serving.
