Description

A rich and sweet bourbon pecan pie with a flaky crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, bourbon, and vanilla.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Pour filling into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  7. Cool before slicing.
