Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli into small florets.
  2. Mix broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
