Description

Enjoy tender broiled lobster tails in a rich and creamy garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a special occasion or a gourmet dinner at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (68 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler on high.
  2. Cut the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen shears and gently pull the meat upward.
  3. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
  6. Broil for 8-10 minutes until the lobster is opaque and lightly browned.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Thaw frozen lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Adjust broiling time based on lobster tail size.
  • Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
