- 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler on high.
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail with kitchen shears and gently pull the meat upward.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
- Broil for 8-10 minutes until the lobster is opaque and lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

- Thaw frozen lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight.
- Adjust broiling time based on lobster tail size.
