Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
  5. Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then flour again.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry chicken bites until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
