Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
- Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then flour again.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken bites until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
