- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill or bake chicken until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Slice chicken and toss with buffalo sauce.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add buffalo chicken to the salad.
