Description

Crispy baked calzones stuffed with spicy buffalo chicken, melted cheese, and a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into circles.
  4. Spread dressing, chicken, and cheese on half of each circle.
  5. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  6. Brush with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
