Description
Crispy egg rolls filled with a spicy and creamy buffalo chicken dip.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon water
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly.
- Seal the edge with water.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Can be baked at 400°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to taste for more or less spice.
