- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Add buffalo sauce and shredded chicken. Mix well.
- Add cooked macaroni and stir to combine.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onions before serving.

- Adjust buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
- Use rotisserie chicken for easy preparation.
