Description

A delicious twist on classic stromboli, filled with spicy buffalo chicken, cheese, and veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
  4. Spread chicken mixture evenly over dough.
  5. Sprinkle cheese, celery, and carrots on top.
  6. Roll dough tightly into a log.
  7. Brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
