Description

Butter pecan fudge is a rich, creamy treat combining butter and pecans.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8-inch pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and heavy cream.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  6. Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
  7. Fold in chopped pecans.
  8. Spread into pan and let cool.
  9. Cut into squares.
