Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla.
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until just combined. Fold in pecans.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheets. Flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire racks.
