Description

A fresh twist on classic Caesar salad using roasted Brussels sprouts for a crunchy, flavorful dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with Caesar dressing and lemon juice.
  5. Top with Parmesan and croutons.
  6. Toss gently and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Trim stems and remove loose leaves before roasting.
  • Adjust dressing quantity to taste.
